Your rights

ProofClose is currently in early access. Features described on this site represent our intended product. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features during the beta period. We will communicate all significant changes by email.
Acceptable use
You agree to use ProofClose only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to fabricate evidence, misrepresent completed work, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
Limitation of liability
ProofClose provides documentation tools to support dispute resolution. We do not guarantee any specific legal outcome. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Beta deposit — $1
Your $1 beta deposit is fully refundable if ProofClose does not launch within 6 months of your reservation date. Simply email us and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Monthly subscriptions
Once the product launches, monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
